Stamping of spherical head: After the blank is out of the furnace, the operator should cooperate well, and quickly place the blank on the pressed mold to align the stamping. Long operation time and excessive temperature drop of the blank should be avoided. Stamping is generally better to take two press forming. See Figure 1. In this way, the stamping temperature can be controlled well, and the phenomenon of excessive local thinning caused by too long one-time forming time and low temperature can be prevented.
When the temperature of the forming head drops below 800°C, stamping should be terminated, and the out-of-body temperature of the head should be controlled below 700°C. After the head is completely cooled, it can be lifted to avoid deformation.
